To make it easier for us to help you, please include the following:

  • Screenshot of the error message.
  • Screenshots of steps you tried to take.
  • Product License.
  • Email of the account.
  • Logs.
    • To get logs of any container, run docker logs CONTAINER_ID. To get CONTAINER_ID, run docker ps -a
    • You can also get logs by starting the container in the foreground by excluding the -d option
  • Hardware. Please help us understand the full hardware specs:
    • Example: Intel Xeon Silver 4110 CPU @ 2.10GHz , 15 cores, 16GB of RAM
    • If possible, please provide the PassMark CPU Score of the machine (e.g. 10,721)
  • OS. Let us know the OS that you’re running, such as Linux or Ubuntu on Windows.
  • Are you using a Nvidia Jetson? See this guide.
