Accounts

On the profile icon, located at the bottom left of the page, you can obtain essential information about the user and perform actions related to Parkpow account.

ParkPow API Token​

Get the access token to use on the ParkPow API. Make sure to protect your TOKEN and do not share it with third parties.

Change Password​

You can change your password at any time through the profile settings.

Change Email​

Change your email to a preferred one, if necessary.

Preferences​

Change your language and personal timezone. To set your personal timezone:

  1. Click the profile icon and select Preferences.
  2. In Select Timezone, choose your timezone. To use the Organization timezone, select Use organization default.
  3. Click Save.

Your personal timezone overrides the Organization timezone when ParkPow displays dates and times to you. It is also available as the Your timezone option when you export data. Administrators can also set your timezone in Users.

You can link your account to a main account on Plate Recognizer. This way, you'll be able to log in to both services using just one account.
