Account Settings​

This is a view of the current account settings. Click on Edit General Settings to change a setting.

Edit Organization settings​

Name​

The name of the organization

Parking Management Mode​

ParkPow can work in the normal mode or as a parking control.

  • Normal Mode: This is the default mode, where each camera is treated individually.
  • Parking Management Mode: ParkPow monitors vehicles coming in and out of the parking lot. When this mode is turned on, you can receive On-Premise and Parking Duration alerts as well as other functionality. To ensure the effectiveness of this mode, make sure to identify the entrance and exit cameras through configuration.

Activity Log​

If checked, users activity will be logged.

Search Reason​

Requires activity log to be enabled. If checked, users will be asked to provide a reason when searching vehicles, visits e.t.c. This is included in the Activity Log

Timezone​

Select timezone used for incoming data, input fields and displaying dates and times from the site

Language​

Select a site language, at the time of writing only English, Spanish, Portuguese and German are supported.

An image to use as the logo of the site, with square aspect (e.g. 100*100) being preferred. Useful for white labeling.

Brand color​

Change the brand color displayed on the site. Useful for white labeling.
