Account Settings​

This page shows the current organization settings. Organization admins can click Edit General Settings to change them.

It also shows:

  • Number of cameras: the camera limit of your plan.
  • Your Timezone: the timezone used for you. It is the organization timezone unless you picked another one in your Preferences.
  • Import Data from REKOR Scout: import data from REKOR Scout.

Organization Name​

The name of the organization.

Organization Domain​

On-premise only

The custom domain or IP address used to access ParkPow. It is used in links sent in notifications.

Parking Management​

ParkPow can work in normal mode or in parking management mode.

  • Normal Mode: This is the default mode where each camera is treated individually. Visits are not merged, have no start/end, and the camera direction is always entrance.
  • Parking Management Mode: ParkPow monitors vehicles entering and leaving the parking lot. Visits recorded by the same camera within a short period, typically a few seconds, are merged, and Parking Duration alerts become available. To ensure this mode works correctly, identify the entrance and exit cameras in the configuration.

Timezone​

The default timezone of the organization, used to display dates and times and for date inputs. Each user can override it in their Preferences.

Language​

The language used in notifications and alerts, and the default language of the web pages. Users can still choose a different language from the user menu. Supported languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese and German.

Activity Log​

If checked, users activity will be logged.

Search Reason​

Requires activity log to be enabled. If checked, users will be asked to provide a reason when searching vehicles, visits, etc. The reason is included in the Activity Log.

Share Vehicles Among Users​

If checked, a vehicle's detail page is visible to every user in the organization, even when none of the vehicle's visits are at a site the user has access to. The visit history and images on that page remain restricted to the sites the user can access. Disabled by default.

On-premise only

The selected links are hidden from the navigation for all users, to prevent accidental clicks (e.g. Analytics, Review, Settings, API Token). At least one page must stay visible.

An image to use as the logo of the site, with square aspect (e.g. 100*100) being preferred. Useful for white labeling.

Brand Color​

Change the brand color displayed on the site. Useful for white labeling. When empty, the default ParkPow purple (#5a2d81) is used.

Default Role for New SSO Users​

Only displayed when Microsoft SSO is enabled

The role given to users created on their first Microsoft sign-in: Viewer (default), Operator, Executive, or Admin. Existing users are not changed. See Microsoft SSO for details.

Invite Email Subject and Body​

Optional templates for the emails sent when inviting users. Placeholders such as {{organization.name}}, {{sender.first_name}}, {{sender.last_name}}, {{sender.email}} and {{recipient}} are supported. Links are not allowed; the invitation link is added automatically. When empty, the default site-wide template is used.
